Richard T. Tipton CIH, CSP

Rick founded Safe Day Consulting, LLC in 2002 and is one of the principal industrial hygiene and occupational safety consultants.  He has more than 20 years experience in safety and health program development and operation.  He has extensive experience in the automotive industry with General Motors, aerospace industry with The Boeing Company, semiconductor industry with MEMC Electronic Materials, and in the chemical and pharmaceutical services industries with Solutia.  His experience is at all levels in the organizational structure from plant industrial hygienist to corporate occupational safety and health manager.  He has obtained significant international experience over his career and has extensive experience in developing and implementing safety and health data management systems.

Michael L. Siegel, CIH

 

Mike is an industrial hygiene, occupational safety and emergency response preparedness consultant. He has more than 20 years experience in safetyand health program development and field investigation. He has over 15 years experience as a Firefighter and Chief Officer, and as a hazardous material responder with a regional response team. He has extensive experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, agricultural sites, light industrial and construction with Monsanto and Solutia. His experience is at several levels in the organization and includes field investigation, risk assessment, safety and health program/procedure development and exposure assessment.  Mike has significant emergency response experience as an industrial responder as well as in the community. He is a hazardous material specialist level responder and is an active member of the Jefferson County Regional Homeland Security Response Team. He has assisted in coordination and training of its members and has conducted training for regional responders in several counties.

Rhonda L. Kauffman, CIH, CSP, CHSP

 

Rhonda Kauffman has over twenty years of diversified experience in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Safety and Health, with a thorough knowledge of Workers' Compensation Insurance and  practical knowledge and application of OSHA regulations.  She has worked as an environmental consultant, a staff industrial hygienist for a major medical center, and as a Loss Prevention Consultant in the insurance industry.  She has extensive experience in providing specialized safety and health consultations for large, complex customers as well as developing and presenting various safety and health related training topics
